Amongst your staff members, at least one person should be competent in:

fundamental business analysis,
HTML development so as to be able to customise Silverfish to meet specific client requirements,

As part of the support that Southeaster offers to resellers, you'll be required to attend quarterly
Silverfish Channel Value-Adds. These are goal-directed, interactive feedback and knowledge
sharing sessions where Resellers are given updates on any new Silverfish releases or Southeaster
developments and strategy.
