Southeaster is looking to partner with interested organisations or individuals who currently
have an existing database of frequently contacted software development houses, and who want
to become Silverfish distributors.
Although Southeaster will initially offer second level support to your clients, in the
future it is expected that all global distributors be capable of offering all the support
that their clients may need.

Requirements to become a Distributor

Existing database of Development / Design Houses which target the SME market

Second level support to your resellers on Silverfish (in the future and on demand)

At least one staff member who can do basic, hands-on demonstrations of Silverfish's principle functionality
As part of the support that Southeaster offers to distributors, you'll be required to
attend quarterly Silverfish Channel Value-Adds. These are goal-directed, interactive
feedback and knowledge sharing sessions where distributors are given updates on any
new Silverfish releases or Southeaster developments and strategy.
